I have had some requests lately to put more recipes on the blog. Here is one from my friend, Jill. I made it a few nights ago, and it was good--not healthy--but good! The pictures are not very good because they are from my phone.
|Mix a cup of sour cream and a can of cream of chicken soup together. Spread that mixture over the chicken.|
|Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.|
Bake (uncovered) at 350 for 1.5 hours.
The lengthy baking time is the only thing that I don't like about this recipe, but it is worth it.
